Se jugó en el Círculo de Ajedrez de Villa Martelli. Sistema suizo a 7 rondas, con un ritmo de 7 minutos más 3 segundos desde la movida inicial. Participaron 29 equipos. Fueron premiados los tres primeros y los mejores equipos de cada categoría. El ganador del torneo fue el equipo de República Martelli, integrado por los GM's Andrés Rodríguez, Diego Valerga y Sergio Slipak. Segundo fue Torre Blanca A y tercero San Isidro Perfil. La categoría Sub 20 fue para Moreno Sub 20, la Sub 16 para Torre Blanca Sub 16 y Femenina para Ferro Carril Oeste. Director del torneo fue el Ing. Mario Petrucci y el arbitraje estuvo a cargo del AI Mario Zilli y el AF Alfredo Gáal.
